Cancellation Policy

The Skin Factory is aware that things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify The Skin Factory at theskinfactoryaz@gmail.com or call / text (480) 648-8226 as soon as possible to reschedule. Please be aware there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If cancelled after your 24-hour window you will be charged 50% of the service amount. No show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
